So, I’ve finally done what I’ve been wanting to do for quite some time but could never find the motivation. I’ve met with a trainer at my gym and have been working with him. He’s given me workout routines, dietary plans and most importantly, he’s shown me I CAN do whatever it is that I want to do. I just need to keep trying and keep pushing myself. I’m really excited to see what’s in store for me and see the changes happening to my body.
